Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (“CHD Policy”) applies to personal information that may be considered consumer health data under certain US state laws (including Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s Consumer Health Privacy Law). This CHD Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies only to individuals covered by those laws.
1. What Is “Consumer Health Data”?
“Consumer health data” generally means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status.

- Nutrition and meal plan preferences (including allergies/intolerances you choose to share)

- Notes you provide to support that relate to wellness preferences

- Automatically from your use of the Service (e.g., plan selections and interactions)

We may update this CHD Policy. We will post updates with a new effective date.
